Challenge

MQA was launching a revolutionary audio format, but awareness outside the audiophile niche was low.

MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) was a new British audio format that allowed studio-quality sound to be streamed or downloaded anywhere, a major breakthrough for the music industry.

But they needed help reaching beyond hardcore hi-fi enthusiasts and converting wider audiences with a message that was emotionally resonant, not just technically impressive. Our job then was to create a brand, launch, and campaign that made people feel something, not just hear the difference.

Response

We armed MQA with a campaign built around the powerful human insight that music equals emotion, and better sound delivers deeper connection

Our central idea, "Take Me There," captured the experience of feeling truly transported by audio.

We developed the campaign strategy, creative platform, a consumer-facing site, and two short films that brought this promise to life with intimacy and immediacy. It launched at CES and was embraced by labels, partners and streaming platforms alike.
